ELA #1 - Wednesday, April 26
ELA #2 - Thursday, April 27
ELA #3 - Friday, April 28
We have shifted our focus from fractions to measurement. Students are working with calculating volume and converting a variety of measurements. The measurement conversion process can be a tricky one!
See our reference sheet below that we are using to keep us on track. Feel free to use at home as well.
We have had the pleasure of working with Google these past two weeks to experience a pilot program that involves the use of a stylus Chromebook within an elementary classroom. Our class is using one set out of ONLY 3 that are being piloted by Google in the United States. This is a BIG DEAL! We are so very lucky to have this experience. We are quickly becoming experts on Google Keep and LOVING these Chromebook/tablet devices.
Click here to see our class website documenting our experiences so far.
We have wrapped up our informational unit! Our class folder containing all the students' informational books can be accessed here. Please feel free to read and make comments! |
We have been doing all kinds of water experiments lately to gain a solid grasp on the water cycle! Ask your students about what they have been learning about condensation and evaporation this week!
Students did a great job presenting their Colonial America projects! See posters and presentations in this folder. |
